At Trivira, we aim to provide a 100% transparent and worry-free shopping experience. Our Open Box Delivery Policy ensures that you only pay when you are fully satisfied with your jewelry. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Open Box Delivery โ Customer Satisfaction First
All orders are delivered with Open Box Delivery.
The delivery partner will open the package in front of you.
You are requested to check the product thoroughly for:
โ Stone authenticity certificate
โ Product design, size, and specifications
โ Color, clarity, and craftsmanship
โ Packaging condition
Only if you are completely satisfied, you must confirm delivery by sharing the OTP (One-Time Password) with the delivery partner.
๐ Once OTP is shared, the product is considered accepted and final.
2. No Returns & No Refunds
- After successful Open Box Delivery and OTP confirmation, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund, No Exchange policy.
- Customers cannot raise return or refund requests once the order is accepted.
- This ensures 100% transparency at the time of delivery and eliminates disputes after acceptance.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reject the order during the open box inspection.
- The product will be returned with the delivery partner immediately, and you will not be charged.
- After OTP confirmation, no claims for damage, defects, or wrong items will be accepted.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
- After Dispatch: Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Customers can only check the product through Open Box Delivery at the time of arrival.
- Refusal at Delivery: If you are not satisfied during open box inspection, you may reject the order without any cancellation fees.
5. Customized / Personalized Orders
- For customized or engraved jewelry, the no return / no refund policy also applies.
- Customers must carefully check the product at the time of delivery.
6. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Trivira, you agree that:
You will inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery.
Once OTP is entered, you accept full ownership of the product.
Trivira will not entertain refund, exchange, or replacement requests post-delivery confirmation.
