3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other payment gateways.
• We do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
• Trivira reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
• In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• We offer nationwide shipping in India (and international shipping where applicable).
• Delivery timelines will be mentioned at checkout but may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.
• Open Box Delivery: Customers may inspect the product before sharing the OTP with the delivery partner. If not satisfied, the order will be returned without charge.
• Once the OTP is shared, the delivery is deemed complete and accepted.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• After successful Open Box Delivery and OTP confirmation, we do not accept any return, exchange, or refund requests.
• Customers are expected to verify:
